BE PART OF SOMETHING RECORD- BREAKING
Join Braemar as she becomes the largest ship to sail through the Corinth Canal. Carving through the earth, splitting the Greek mainland, the man-made marvel, the Corinth Canal, connects the Gulf of Corinth to the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea, and it makes for an unreal sailing experience. Unlike other scenic cruising opportunities, this isn’t about watching the countryside pass you by – you’ll be closely hugged by imposing, sheer canal walls either side of you – a fantastic reminder that you really are on board a smaller ship. At some points this impressive canal is as narrow as 81 feet wide, making it impassable for most vessels.
