We regret to inform some cruise partners have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend their upcoming cruise sailings. Please be assured we will be in touch to discuss your booking, however due to the high number of customers’ affected we will be contacting guests in departure date order. We do politely ask that you refrain from calling our Customer Service Team at this time, as imminent departures must be our priority.

APT Travel has suspended all cruises until the 31st December 2020, excluding Myanmar voyages.
American Cruise Lines
American Cruise Lines have suspended all cruises until 14th June 2020.
Aurora Expeditions has suspended all cruises from 18th May 2020 - 23rd September 2020.
All Azamara sailings have been suspended up to and including 31st October 2020.
All Celebrity Cruises sailings have been suspended until 31st October 2020, excluding Celebrity Solstice. Celebrity Cruises has also suspended all sailings for Europe & Transatlantic sailings until 30th November 2020. Celebrity Cruise has also suspended global operations for all sailings aboard Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Solstice, departing between November 1st - December 31st 2020.
Celestyal Cruises have suspended all sailings until 6th March 2021.
Cruise & Maritime Voyages
It is with great sadness that we inform you that Cruise & Maritime Voyages were placed into administration on the 20th July 2020.
Cunard Cruises have been suspended the following sailings:
Queen Elizabeth – up to and including 25th March 2021
Queen Mary 2 – up to and including 18th April 2021
Queen Victoria – up to and including 16th May 2021
Cunard has also made the decision to redeployed Queen Elizabeth sailings from March through to 13th December 2021.
All Crystal Ocean Cruises have been suspended until the end of 2020.
All Emerald Waterways river cruises have been suspended until the 31st December 2020. Emerald have also cancelled their 2nd January Emerald Harmony sailing.
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines
Fred. Olsen Cruises have been suspended Balmoral sailings up to 22nd December, Black Watch up until 22nd December 2020, along with the W2107. Braemar has been suspended up until 20th March 2021. Fred Olsen have also suspended all Boudicca Grand Voyage sectors along with the following sailings:
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has also made the decision to retire ships, Boudicca and Black Watch. These ships will be replaced by Bolette & Borealis. Affected passengers will be contacted regarding the changes to their sailings.To find out more or to see FAQs regarding this change, please click here.
Holland America Line
All Holland America Line cruises have been suspended until 15th December 2020. In addition to this Holland America Line has decided to cancel all remaining Alaska, Canada & New England and Europe sailings for the remainder of 2020 & Hawaii, Mexico and Pacific cruises from Vancouver have been suspended until February of 2021.
Holland America Line has also suspended all sailings on their ships MS Amsterdam,MS Rotterdam, MS Maasdam & MS Veendam.
Hurtigruten has suspended select Expedition sailings until and including 9th October 2020. For the full list of expedition sailings that have been suspended, please see click here. Hurtigruten has also suspended select 'Classic Round' Norwegian Voyages up to 31st October 2020.
MSC Grandiosa and MSC Magnifica will resume operations in the Mediterranean starting from 16 and 29 August 2020 respectively, offering guests from Schengen countries full-experience cruise holidays. For all the other cruises in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, MSC has extended temporary halt of operations up to October 31st. For Asia cruises they have extended their temporary halt of operations up to October 26th.
Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL)
All Norwegian Cruise Lines sailings have been suspended until 30th September 2020. NCL has also suspended operations on all Norwegian Spirit voyages visiting Asia until 7th December 2020.
All Oceania Cruises have been suspended until 31st October 2020 plus they have suspended their Alaska, Canada & New England season.
Pandaw has suspended all cruises for the remainder of 2020.
All P&O Cruises have been suspended up to and including 1st February 2021. P&O Cruises have also made the decision to suspend the following voyages:
- B103D - 06.02.21
- B103C - 06.02.21
- G104 - 13.02.21
- G105 - 20.02.21
- N102 - 07.02.21
- N103 - 11.02.21
P&O Cruises have also made the decision to retire Oceana from their fleet and therefore all sailings have been cancelled.
Princess Cruises have suspended a number of sailings throughout the remainder of 2020. Princess Cruises will also no longer be operating the following cruises:
- All remaining Europe & Transatlantic cruises on Enchanted Princess, Regal Princess, Sky Princess, Crown Princess and Island Princess – this includes all cruises from Southampton for the remainder of 2020
- All remaining Alaska cruises on Emerald Princess and Ruby Princess
- Summer Caribbean cruises and all 2020 Canada & New England cruises on Caribbean Princess and Sky Princess
- Summer and Autumn cruises departing from Japan on Diamond Princess
- Autumn cruises on Pacific Princess sailing to Hawaii & French Polynesia until November
- Australia-based cruises on Sapphire Princess and Sea Princess until the end of August
Sky Princess’ new 2021 summer season will consist of sailings to the British Isles and the Baltic departing from Southampton. Due to this deployment change, ten of Crown Princess’ 2021 British Isles sailings will be moved to Sky Princess.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises
All Regent Seven Seas Cruises voyages have been suspended until 31st October 2020. Regent Seven Seas has also made the decision to cancel all sailings onboard Seven Seas Mariner up to 12th May 2021.
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines
Royal Caribbean Cruises has suspended sailings departing until 31st October 2020. However, the following circumstances have extended the suspension for the following ships and sailings:
- All sailings until 31st October 2020
- European and Transatlantic sailings until end of November
- Odyssey of the Seas sailings from November 5th, 2020 through April 17th, 2021
- February 14, 2021 Jewel of the Seas cruise
- Spectrum of the Seas sailings through September 13th, 2020
- Quantum of the Seas sailings through September 13th, 2020 and October 7th, 2020 - October 28th, 2020 sailings
- Voyager of the Seas sailings through September 30th, 2020
- All sailings visiting Australia up until 31st December 2020.
All SAGA Cruises until 30th September 2020 have been suspended. SAGA Cruises have also cancelled the following voyages:
- SD039 - 18th of November 2020
- SD040 – 2nd of December 2020
- SU006 – 1st of November 2020
- SU007 – 15th November 2020
- SU008 - 16th December 2020
Seabourn cruises have been suspended up to 20th November 2020. The suspension will vary by ship. Please see below:
- Seabourn Odyssey operations paused through 20th November 20.
- Seabourn Sojourn operations paused through World Cruise 2021 and effective through to 24 May 2021.
- Seabourn Quest operations paused through to 10th May 21.
- Seabourn Encore operations paused through to 6th January 21.
- Seabourn Ovation operations paused through to 3rd January 21.
Scenic River Cruises & Scenic Ocean Cruises
All Scenic River cruises have been suspended until the 31st of December 2020. Scenic Ocean Cruises have been suspended until 31st December 2020.
All Silversea sailings have been suspended until 9th November 2020. Further suspension may apply and vary by ship. Please see below recommence dates by ship:
Silver Moon to resume sailing on 8th December
Silver Cloud to resume sailing on 1st December
Silver Wind to resume sailing on 14th June 2021
Silver Shadow to resume sailing on 4th December
Silver Spirit to resume sailing on 1st December
Silver Muse to to resume sailing on 20th December
Silver Whisper to resume sailing on 9th December
Silver Dawn to resume sailing on 9th November
Silver Explorer to resume sailing on 21st December
Silver Origin to resume sailing on 5th December
Star Clippers have suspended sailings until 15th September 2020.
All Uniworld itineraries have been suspended until 31st October 2020.
All Viking cruises have been suspended until 31st December 2020.
All Wendy Wu tours have been suspended until 11th October 2020.
