As always very pleasant efficient service

17 Oct 2018

Spoke to Auden who quickly and efficiently dealt with my booking suggesting the better cabin. Paperwork came by email straight away.

excellent experience

17 Oct 2018

John was more than thoughtful. He explained everything to me so carefully, wanting me to understand everything thoroughly, which I do, even though the cruise I booked is just under 2 years away! The information I received as a result by e-mail confirms everything so clearly including about visas. It is our first time with P & O and we also had a welcoming e-mail from them which we haven't experienced before. We are going with a different cruise line in January and they were most unhelpful when it came to questions I needed to know about the destinations and visas. What a refreshing difference. It's all down to training, I believe, and ROL employees at whatever level, have always been helpful whenever we have booked with them in the past.

Great

All I needed to know

17 Oct 2018

Very pleasant sales person. Very knowledgeable about the product and the back up paperwork was promptly sent.

Excellent service you can trust

17 Oct 2018

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. They are always happy to answer any questions. The paperwork is sent out in good time and is clear and comprehensive. The packages including transfers are well organised. I am very happy to use ROL time after time and to recommend them to other people.

As above.

Try to ensure all queries are addressed. To the best of their knowledge. Very Disappointed that a cabin offered to me by ROL at a price I could afford was later proved incorrect. Otherwise a good understanding of the cruise. Have used ROL a number of times now.

Excellent PROFESSIONAL CLIENT FOCUSED SERVICE.

Overview

These islands were once a regular stop for pirates and whaling ships, but they’re world-famous as the epicenter of evolution theory. Discover the western Galapagos and see what inspired Darwin: watch sea lions play, birds dance and giant tortoises trudge along completely unafraid of humans. You can also trek lava fields, wander fragrant forests and cruise by Zodiac® along scenic coastlines.

    08 Dec 2018

Today you will circumnavigate Kicker Rock, one of the most iconic features of the Galápagos Islands. The small landform is formed by two tall towers of lava rock and when viewed from the south, resembles a sleeping lion. This phenomenon is reflected in the Spanish name “Leon Dormido” or literally, Sleeping Lion. As the ship steers around the islands, your Expedition Team will point out seabirds, such as Swallowtailed Gulls, Nazca Boobies and frigatebirds

  • Day 3

    Punta Espinoza, Fernandina, Ecuador

    10 Dec 2018

With the gentle slopes of La Cumbre volcano in the distance, the low, lava-forged coast of Punta Espinoza on Fernandina Island is a spectacular sight. Hundreds of marine iguanas rest on the black rock of recent lava flows absorbing heat from the stone and defending their territories against one another. Galápagos sea lions and their pups also take shelter here, resting on the beach and playing in the shallow tide pools sprinkled along the coast

  • Caleta Tagus, Isabela, Ecuador

    Day 4

    Caleta Tagus, Isabela, Ecuador

    11 Dec 2018

The protected waters of Tagus cove are home to sea turtles, marine iguanas, flightless cormorants and Galápagos penguins. Here you can choose to kayak, snorkel or head ashore to discover centuries-old names of vessels that were painted or carved onto the rock near the landing site. After landing by Zodiac, join a hike through the forest of Palo Santo trees to access the upper reaches of a volcanic cone

  • Bahia Elizabeth, Isabela, Ecuador

    Day 4

    Bahia Elizabeth, Isabela, Ecuador

    11 Dec 2018

The tallest red mangrove trees in the Galápagos are found in Elizabeth Bay, an idyllic mangrove lagoon and a fascinating place to observe marine life. Enjoy a Zodiac tour through the mangroves where sea turtles swim close to the surface, and pelicans and herons stalk for fish

  • Day 5

    Post Office, Floreana, Ecuador

    12 Dec 2018

A sea lion rookery has developed on Floreana’s northern shore. Amid lava rocks that are dotted with prickly pear cacti and sesuvium, a small colony thrives. As you travel along the coast, you may find many other creatures that look for shelter amid the red and white mangroves: Eagle rays, Marine turtles, Brown pelicans and resting Cattle egrets. Kayaking through the turquoise waters here is a true pleasure, inviting a sense of peaceful solitude and an invigorating feeling of connection to nature

The mammoth scale of the landmarks often elicits exclamations of wonder from visitors at first sight.
