The Lady, Karen did the best for us by contacting the right people to give us the best information. she got us a price reduction and made sure we were happy with what we had chosen. She was patient and polite and clearly spoken. very happy

Efficient and friendly booking service

19 Jun 2018

I thought the booking service very efficient and the person who I spoke to was friendly and had been well trained. The only aspect that surprised me was the high deposit needed to finalize things...over 20% of the fare. Too high and had it not been for the fact we wanted to do the cruise I would have changed my mind.
