Excellent customer service - far better than trying to do it yourself online!

They answered the phone quickly and found out the minute of the cruise when asked. She gave her direct line and either remembered us or kept good records so that after 4 telephone conversations (while we thought about it) we concluded the deal. Very good

Never came back to me regarding previous cruise complaints against celebrity cruises. celebrity have eventually replied re my e mail to rol and celebrity, but nothing from rol. booking experience quite good but have certainly lost a star because of their non reply as stated.

The cruise consultant acknowledged my enquiry and confirmed she would telephone the following morning, which she did. As I require an accessible cabin there were none available on my first my choice of cruise, but one was found on a similar cruise sailing a month later. This was booked, and confirmation was emailed within a couple of hours, with the promise that all the paperwork would be received within five working days.

Kelly Boherty was the agent that helped us make the cruise purchase. We are in the USA so she followed up from Joy Magnussen who said she would have someone call us on Saturday morning and Kelly did that. She went over the details as we had never purchased a cruise from ROL. She was very detailed, had answers to our questions and was very pleasant. Hopefully the follow up with cruise information and the cruise itself will be as pleasant an smooth.

Ketchikan, Alaska, USA

Super-scenic Ketchikan sits on the edge of Revillagigedo Island, surrounded by the verdant Tongass National Forest. Its waters are rich with Pacific salmon, a fact which drew native Tlingit and industrial fishermen here, not to mention an abundance of wildlife. Black bears can often be seen catching fish from passing streams, while birds of prey soar over glacial mountains.

13 Aug 2019
Migrating whales, rivers of ice and super fresh seafood capture the hearts of its visitors, although Alaska’s capital city also has a strong mining history. Once the sacred territory of the Auke and Taku tribes, Juneau was named after the gold prospector Joe Juneau.
Destination guideSkagway, Alaska
14 Aug 2019
Discover the flavor of the gold rush era in Skagway. In its heyday, this atmospheric frontier town was the largest in Alaska. During the height of the gold boom, Skagway was known as the gateway to the goldfields, and its population went from 2 to 10,000 in a single year. At one time it boasted 80 saloons and was known as the "roughest town on earth." Although its population is now less than 1,000, its rip-roaring past will come alive as you stroll along Broadway or browse through the Trail of '98 Museum's outstanding collection of memorabilia.

The symmetrical cone of Mount Edgecumbe and countless green-tufted islands welcome Crystal Symphony to picturesque Sitka. In its heyday, it was referred to as the "Paris of the Pacific" and knew great prosperity. Although founded by Alexander Baranof in 1799, it wasn't until 1867, when Alaska was purchased by the United States, that the Stars and Stripes replaced the Russian flag. As Russia's former capital in the New World, Sitka still retains its exotic heritage, boasting proud architecture and unique historical sites.
