21 Feb 2019

Quite simply I wanted to book a cruise and I phoned ROL and they deal with my request efficiently giving useful advice.

Excellent advice even though it was at 8pm at the end of a long, busy day.

21 Feb 2019

We found a cruise to the Hidden Baltic that we were interested in but as it was advertised for 2020 we did not want to book so far in advance. It hadn't occurred to us that there would be the same tour going at Easter this year, but that is exactly what the salesperson suggested she would check. It was available and in the cabin grade that we wanted.Excellent advise

Well done. It is apleasure doing business with you

21 Feb 2019
