ok so far!

23 Jul 2018

They explained everything clearly. If the future service is as good I would book with them again.

Very good top marks. For a good deal

23 Jul 2018

Very good service from John.got us a good deal

good service all round

23 Jul 2018

very precise and efficient on the phone sorted out my arrangements in a straight forward manner. The only criticism i can make is that their 'non refundable' deposit seemed twice as high as that required by Cunard on their direct booking web site hence the lose of a star.

Well done!

22 Jul 2018

Friendly and helpful young lady who was able to answer all my questions and dealt with my application most efficiently.

Always a pleasure phoning ROL

22 Jul 2018

As always, Very good

agreement on charges for singletons.

22 Jul 2018

your rep was informative and agreed with my thoughts that most cruise lines over charge for solos.i told him I did not really want to spend more than £1500 on a cruise. he gave me a choice of cabins and price. I said I will only go on cruises if the quality and price was rigfht.

Better than all the rest.

22 Jul 2018

The agent was excellent . She took us through all the possibilities and the costs. We also had help with visa's and locations. We felt that the service was first class and better than we were expecting. Well done ROL

Excellent Service

Very friendly & efficient

Help personified

22 Jul 2018

Could not have been more helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice and actions were outstanding.

Finally straight forward

22 Jul 2018

John was helpful, knew his subject and was able to make suggestions without being 'pushy'. All my questions were answered well But the initial telephone system of clicking on numbers was maddening, after three separate tries when clicking achieved nothing I finally got through.

Overview

Soak up the delicious warmth of the springtime sun, as well as oodles of atmosphere and culture on this Mediterranean cruise. This is a holiday of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, must-see destinations and some hidden gems. You’ll have plenty of time to explore ashore, and relax on board. Join Azura in Southampton and enjoy two days at sea before Seville (tours from Cádiz), a symphony of all things Adalucian. Barcelona, next, is living proof you can have it all: a stunning beach-front, Gaudi architecture, plus a vibrant shopping, drinking and dining scene. An evening call gives you longer to stroll the cobbled lanes of the gothic quarter, tuck into tapas, or take the cable car across the harbour to Montjuic. Villefranche is your next port of call, spilling down the lush hillside to the sandy town beach and picturesque bay. Then, Civitavecchia opens the door to the history, architecture, art, politics, food and effortless style of Rome. Do as the Romans do and tuck into a wood-fired pizza, in a locals’ trattoria, with a full-bodied Lazio wine. Following ancient Cartagena, your final call before Southampton is Gibraltar, for awesome duty-free shopping, excellent beach life and Barbary ape-watching.

The Ship

Azura is one of the largest cruise ships in the P&O Cruises fleet. Azura offers an incredible choice of bars, restaurants, sports and spa facilities and entertainment, plus lots of other exciting and unique features. At the heart of Azura cruise ship is her atrium, a very social venue located over three magnificent decks, with a café, art gallery, bookshop, library and shopping. In the evenings you are invited to take your partner and dance the night away on a beautifully polished dance floor. The music and dance theme continues in The Playhouse theatre with West End style shows, and in Manhattan, Azura’s New York inspired show lounge. The Retreat is an alfresco spa terrace designed exclusively for adults, offering treatments under airy cabanas and beneath moonlit skies. Azura’s Spa Staterooms offer priority access to these facilities and for independent travellers, there’s perfectly proportioned single staterooms. On Lido Deck, SeaScreen is an open air cinema screening comedy classics, British film favourites and Hollywood blockbusters. Dining also takes centre stage on board. In addition to three main restaurants offering a choice of Club Dining - the same table at the same time each evening, and Freedom Dining - no fixed seating or dining times, there’s the opportunity to visit the Select Dining venues of Sindhu; the first restaurant at sea from Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar, Seventeen; where a sense of occasion is always on the menu, and The Glass House, a wine bar and restaurant created in partnership with TVs Olly Smith.
