They contacted us immediately once we expressed an interest in this holiday and delivered a prompt and efficient service

Very poor documentation which does not cover what is advertised

17 Feb 2019

Booking Reference QB211859 Quite poor documentation. I was told that the insurance with Saga would be dealt with separately by Saga. There is no information on when this will happen. If Saga could not insure then the deposit would be refunded. There is no mention of this on the booking information supplied nor is there an any information on when the balance is due.

Highly Recommended!

Excellent Service

15 Feb 2019

I booked originally because they had quoted £300 less that another agent for an identical package. Then, when I had a couple of queries, I was absolutely stunned, that instead of replying by email, they took the trouble to phone me. And took me step by step through my quest for further information. Excellent Service

Cruise the World

15 Feb 2019

I have always found the process excellent, the staff explain everything clearly and if later you have any questions you just have to call back, very polite and patient. We always recommend to friends.
