Helpful and friendly

13 Nov 2018

Spoke to Liam who was very helpful and not at all pushy (unlike a rival company I also got a quote from). Asked loads of questions on the first call as I hadn't cruised with CMV and didn't really know them, he knew his stuff, I then did a bit of research and called back to book. Called back a third time to add a drinks package, no problem.
