Pleasing experience

23 May 2019

I spoke to John Hull on several occasions he was very helpful but not *****. The day I booked our trip I spoke to Karen who was v pleasant as John was not working that day. Very happy I was given direct number. We saw the cruise/experience in the Tomes.

Excellent accessible personal service.

Aden, whom I communicated with, was very patient, answering all my queries. He was knowledgable about the boat and it helped that he had first hand experience. He was obviously keen to get my custom but I was not over-pressurising.

Friendly, efficient service.

Migrating whales, rivers of ice and super fresh seafood capture the hearts of its visitors, although Alaska’s capital city also has a strong mining history. Once the sacred territory of the Auke and Taku tribes, Juneau was named after the gold prospector Joe Juneau.

Black bears can often be seen catching fish from passing streams, while birds of prey soar over glacial mountains.
