Greast service from helpful staff adds to the bargain we attained

22 Mar 2019

They not only offered a bargain price for a World cruise they listened to all my needs and were instrumental in me gaining further discounts at the time of pre booking. When the booking date opened they informed me of my cabin number and location then accepted my comments which resulted in a change of deck. Nothing seems to be enough trouble to ensure my wife and I got the deal we wanted, thank you ROL

Excellent and informative service

22 Mar 2019

We spoke toJasmin and had excellent service throughout, something we certainly cannot say about all your sales team. You should also make sure that you do not supply misleading pricing information like giving a special ROL price which actually is only the P&O price minus 5%... very sharp marketing practice which is probably not even legal. I also do not appreciate the fact that you better terms(double cruise miles now and only single on the pre-registration) as time goes on.

Very good

The Ship

This ship is a revolutionary marvel of naval engineering. Enjoy one-of-a-kind features like an ice skating rink, the Royal Promenade and a rock-climbing wall, just for starters. How did we accommodate all of these innovative ideas? Simple. We built a bigger cruise ship. The 138,000-ton, 3,114-guest Voyager of the Seas became the world's largest cruise ship when it entered service in November 1999. Innovations on this and other Voyager Class ships add more space for every guest and include enhanced staterooms, expanded dining options and exceptional recreational facilities.
