Not enough information

24 Sep 2018

He could have included the onboard spends infrmation on the email we asked about return coach fare and when I chescked it’s twice the price he quoted if we were hbooking now also it doesn’t state cabin no on the information we have received

A very satisfactory experience indeed

Gerald was very helpful indeed, explained things well and thorough. He discussed with us the issue of the length of daylight on any one day, we had not thought of this. His comments helped us to decide upon which date we chose to travel in order to get the maximum benefit. We were connected to an Agent after only a very short time which is unusual these days. The different types of cabins etc were fully explained. The door was left open for us to call back if we had any queries. Overall a very satisfactory discussion, and so we booked.

last minute booking handled very well thanks

Very helpful on the phone. Especially as I was booking with a new cruise line for me and was not quite sure of the procedure. Also I am travelling alone and was able to find out that there is a coach from my area to the port, which I wasn't aware of

Excellent will recommend

The Ship

Bringing jaw-dropping transformative spaces, next generation accommodation and more industry firsts to the seas, the first of the new Quantum Class ships will launch in Winter 2014 with a series of Caribbean and Bermuda cruises from Cape Liberty, USA. Climb into the North Star's jewel-shaped capsule to ascend 300ft above sea level, or take your opportunity to fly at sea in the exhilarating RipCord by iFly® sky diving simulator. Even the new spaces onboard will take you to a whole new level! SeaPlex - the largest indoor active space at sea - is full of exciting activities including high-flying trapeze, roller-skating and the first ever bumper cars at sea! Another transformative venue we're excited to introduce is Two70°SM. The floor to ceiling, 270° windows provide incredible views and a tranquil atmosphere by day. By night, Two70°SM transforms: the lights go down and the music comes up, immersing you in the centre of spellbinding performance art and dazzling digital scenery!
