Excellent and efficient service, with a smile.

Very efficient, very helpful, promised to get back to me and DID so, when they said. Yes, I would recommend them, and have done (before the bonus scheme!), and will use ROL again.

Very happy

Very good service thank you.

The requirements for two friends were a little complicated, but at all times we were treated politely and courteously by the members of ROL staff that we both spoke to. We would recommend ROL to other friends and look forward to our cruise experience.

Friendly & helpful

They were friendly and kept me informed as promised

Excellent service

22 Sep 2018

Leona was excellent in her help, attitude and service. this is the second time I have booked with ROL and both times they have been superb. Would definitely recommend them.

Efficient and friendly staff let down by “the system”.

22 Sep 2018

It was good that you transferred my deposit to the same cruise 12 months later, even the same cabin. One negative aspect is that “the system” sent me a special delivery letter to remind me I owed the balance just a few days before the transfer was arranged. That was a worry. I suggest that a covering letter be sent in future to explain that the letter should be ignored once the transfer is agreed.

Booking experience with rol cruise.

22 Sep 2018

Very courteous explained everything and I got the very best available. I am looking forward to the experience very much and experiencing the Calypso.

Rol is a wonderful travel agent.

22 Sep 2018

I have used rol many times they are very friendly and also experienced in what they do. I have also recently recommend rol to a friend who has booked a holiday for a single person. Which I think is fantastic. I also feel you special gifts and sea miles are and added incentive. I look forward to booking many more holidays through my favourite travel agent

Efficient, friendly and helpful service.

I dealt with Katie (or Katy) who was excellent in all respects. She was knowledgeable, friendly and overall very helpful. I will certainly book another cruise through ROL and will recommend them to others.

Excellent service.

I always book through ROL as all their staff are so helpful and patient when I need information from them. This gentleman was very polite and made booking easy.

    Marigot Bay, St. Lucia

    20 Dec 2019

Marigot Bay, one of the prettiest anchorages in the Caribbean, is surrounded by lush hills and ringed by drooping coconut palms. James Michener described it as the archetype for paradise in the Caribbean. On the bay are restaurants (Doolittle’s is the most famous) and inland you can visit a banana plantation. Our alternate stop, the little Port Town of Soufrière was named after a nearby volcano by the French, who ruled St. Lucia before the English took it over. Locals call it the world’s only drive-in volcano. Prettier sights are to be seen at Diamond Falls and Mineral Baths where you can walk the gardens and take a dip in the pool under the waterfalls. St. Lucia’s lush rainforested mountains including the famous Pitons are truly spectacular.

The Ship

In 1902, the largest, fastest sailing ship the world had ever seen was launched. The legendary Preussen dominated the seas, only to be gone in a few short years. Neither before nor since had the world seen such a magnificent sailing ship. Until today… Influenced by the German tall ship Preussen, which graced the seas for eight years before it was involved in an accident in 1910, the Royal Clipper has the proud distinction of being the largest and only five-masted full-rigged sailing ship built since her predecessor was launched on her maiden voyage from Bremerhaven. With her complement of 42 sails, which have a combined area of 56,000 square feet, Royal Clipper stands out amongst her peers in more ways than one. For all the characteristics that she possesses from the grand age of sail, Royal Clipper is as new as tomorrow, and boasts state-of-the-art navigation systems to prove it. She also combines beauty with comfort by offering every onboard luxury you could wish for. For passionate travellers and sail cruising connoisseurs, the 439 foot Royal Clipper offers a sea-going experience like no other; finding an undeniable balance between the grandeur, adventure and tradition of classic sailing and the superb facilities, cabins and conveniences associated with the finest modern yacht.
