Excellent customer service

20 Feb 2019

Excellent customer service - far better than trying to do it yourself online!

Great service

18 Feb 2019

They answered the phone quickly and found out the minute of the cruise when asked. She gave her direct line and either remembered us or kept good records so that after 4 telephone conversations (while we thought about it) we concluded the deal. Very good

Great service and cruise miles as well.

Great service and cruise miles as well.

good booking proceedure but let down by non follow up of complaints .

18 Feb 2019

Never came back to me regarding previous cruise complaints against celebrity cruises. celebrity have eventually replied re my e mail to rol and celebrity, but nothing from rol. booking experience quite good but have certainly lost a star because of their non reply as stated.

This is the first time I have booked with ROL and so far, no complaints!

18 Feb 2019

The cruise consultant acknowledged my enquiry and confirmed she would telephone the following morning, which she did. As I require an accessible cabin there were none available on my first my choice of cruise, but one was found on a similar cruise sailing a month later. This was booked, and confirmation was emailed within a couple of hours, with the promise that all the paperwork would be received within five working days.

Great Purchasing Experience

18 Feb 2019

Kelly Boherty was the agent that helped us make the cruise purchase. We are in the USA so she followed up from Joy Magnussen who said she would have someone call us on Saturday morning and Kelly did that. She went over the details as we had never purchased a cruise from ROL. She was very detailed, had answers to our questions and was very pleasant. Hopefully the follow up with cruise information and the cruise itself will be as pleasant an smooth.

The Ship

These are true ships reflecting their proud heritage in every inch of their polished brass and gleaming bright-work. Step aboard these unique vessels and discover a new age of sail, where the traditions of the past are happily married to the comforts and amenities of the present day. Star clipper and Star flyer are modern cruise ships in every way, created for luxury-loving passengers who also love the traditions and romance of the legendary ara of sailing ships. Star Clipper and star flyer are both 115 metres long and each carries just 170 guests in pampered comfort. Life aboard is blissfully relaxed, much like travelling on a private yacht. You will never feel confined on Star Clipper or Star Flyer. Each ship offers spacious accommodations and expansive teak decks with ample space and not one, but two swimming pools. In fact, you will that these ships offer more outdoor space per passenger than most conventional cruise ships. The décor of Star Clipper and Star Flyer is reminiscent of the grand age of sail. Antique prints and paintings of famous sailing ships please the eye, while teak and gleaming mahogany rails are richly reminiscent of Star Clippers’ proud nautical heritage. All Star Clippers ships feature open-seating dining in an elegantly appointed dining room, our convivial indoor-outdoor Tropical Bar and Piano Bar, and an Edwardian style library where a Belle Époque fireplace glows with a warmth that reflects the friendliness and enthusiasm of Star Clippers’ hospitable officers and crew.
