A poor service!

09 Dec 2018

I would have thought that by now (9th December) I would have received an itinerary for the cruise that I had booked about a year ago and which has just been moved forward almost a full month. I would like this information so that I can make arrangements for my journey to Heathrow. I would also like to add that the referred to phone call was the first time that I became aware that ROL was my travel agent - up to this point I thought that it acted solely as an advertising agency. I think that this shows what a lack of communication there has been with me.

Great service well worth using them

Very helpful and informative

I can not fault it.

09 Dec 2018

The service was very good indeed. Very good information given, once your rep knew that we were looking for a return cruise from Southampton to a warm destination. We have cruised with you before, and have enjoyed our experience every time. We do not want to cruise and return with a flight, unless it is organised as a package totally with R O L service. And of course the price has to suit us. We look forward to our cruise in May.

Great experience

    Navplion, Greece

    22 Jun 2020

When in Greece, do as the Grecians do: Go to the Peloponnese. Connected by a narrow isthmus (it's less than four miles across at its narrowest) off the southern end of central Greece, the Peloponnese is a large peninsula with many things going for it. Not only are there fewer crowds than on the Aegean islands, it has just as many-if not more-ancient sites, including the temples at Nemea and Olympia. On the sunny east coast of the Peloponnese, tucked away in a deep bay, is the city of Navplion. As Greece's first capital after the Greek War of Independence in the 1820s, Návplion has its share of history, including two Venetian fortresses and many neoclassical buildings. But in fact, Navplion is the more modern side of Greece — a relaxed and appealing place with leafy parks, small museums, picturesque streets and lively outdoor cafes.

    Corfu, Greece

    26 Jun 2020

Shaped like a scythe, the island of Corfu is considered one of the Mediterranean's best-kept secrets. Its lush interior is covered in cypress and olive trees while the main downtown area has elegant Venetian architecture and a serene atmosphere.

    Kotor, Montenegro

    27 Jun 2020

On the western coast of Montenegro, tucked away from the Adriatic Sea, is the ancient town of Kotor. Beyond its snaking stone walls, this fortified city offers a charming glimpse back in time.

  • Dubrovnik, Croatia

    Day 8

    Dubrovnik, Croatia

    28 Jun 2020

Though it has only recently re-emerged as an independent nation, Croatia is by no means a new country. There were settlements along the Dalmatian Coast before recorded time. When Slavic people migrated here in the 6th century, they converted to Catholicism and adopted the local Latin alphabet. The region eventually became part of the powerful Kingdom of Croatia. Medieval Dubrovnik, formerly the Republic of Ragusa, was one of several walled cities established in the 7th century to guard the coastal approaches. Its fortification was completed in the 13th century and has remained relatively unchanged. The city walls are in excellent condition and today prevent invasion by automobiles. Within the walls, the lovely sleek lines of Venetian-style buildings complement a wealth of ancient stone architecture. Nearby islands feature beautiful beaches as well as intriguing ancient ruins.

The Ship

An entirely new class of luxury yachting lifestyle has been introduced with the launch of the Crystal Esprit. Sleek and nimble, the boutique yacht features a shallow draft that allows it to visit secluded harbours, coves and islands that are simply not accessible to larger cruise ships. New itineraries, excursions and activities – all designed with the yacht’s size in mind – enable you to maximize your engagement with the destination in ways not previously possible aboard a ship. The Crystal Esprit features a variety of watersports equipment that can be used directly from the marina deck aft. Snorkel or swim in the inviting waters of the Adriatic or Seychelles; water ski and jet ski, or paddle a kayak in the early morning quiet. For the ultimate experience, embark on a two passenger underwater adventure on the submersible or a high-performance Wider 32 speed boat ride for the thrill seekers. Alternatively, The Esprit’s activity director will help you plan your day on the water or ashore, with a variety of excursions or suggestions for personal discovery.
