I booked originally because they had quoted £300 less that another agent for an identical package. Then,when I had a couple of queries, I was absolutely stunned, that instead of replying by email, they took the trouble to phone me. And took me step by step through my quest for further information. Excellent Service

I have always found the process excellent, the staff explain everything clearly and if later you have any questions you just have to call back, very polite and patient. We always recommend to friends.

Emma was very helpful when we booked our cruise. She was able to hold our choice for an hour whilst we sorted out rather complicated flights on another site. We then got back to her to confirm and pay for our reservation. We were delighted to book our cherry blossom cruise around Japan only two months before departing.

I booked on 18/10/2018 and it is now mid February 2019. Despite chasing you twice I still have not received the promised Christmas Hamper!!!!!!!!. To be fair, you did not say which Christmas it would arrive.
