Do Hurtigruten offer a Flexible Cancellation Policy?

Hurtigruten offers a 'Book with Confidence' policy which allows guests the ability to change their sailing free of charge up to 31 days prior to departure. Applicable to sailings departing in 2021 and 2022 only. Guests can also receive a refund in form of a future cruise credit to use towards a Hurtigruten cruise departing up until 31st December 2022. Book your shore excursion by calling our Customer Service Team on 0808 239 4975. Shore excursions can also be booked once onboard subject to availability

Do I need a COVID-19 vaccine to travel aboard a Hurtigruten ship?

In order to board, guests need to show proof of a negative PCR test no more than 72 hrs before the day of embarkation. PCR tests are NOT supplied by Hurtigruten and will be at your own expense.


When can I book shore excursions?

Please note: Pre-booked excursions on Expedition sailings is temporarily unavailable due to COVID regulations.
