Supporting the NHS

Here at ROL Cruise, we are aiming to raise £100,000 to show our appreciation to the NHS who are working tirelessly to save lives. For every booking made with us we will be donating £25 to the NHS Charities National campaign that acknowledges and supports NHS staff, volunteers and patients. We're delighted to have raised over £45,000 so far. To find out how much we have raised, please click here.

Everything you need to know about Future Cruise Credit

What is Future Cruise Credit?

Much like a voucher, Future Cruise Credit has a monetary amount associated to it and is provided in lieu of a refund. Future Cruise Credit can be used towards the fare of a future cruise, though it varies for each cruise line. See below for more information.

How do I get Future Cruise Credit?

If your cruise has been cancelled, your cruise line will be offering you the value of your cruise towards a future departure. Simply call a member of our team to find out more.

How do I know the value of my Future Cruise Credit?

The value of your Future Cruise Credit is the amount of your original cruise plus an additional amount for some cruise lines. To find out which cruise lines are offering an additional amount, see below. You can also speak to one of our knowledgeable cruise consultants to confirm the value of your Future Cruise Credit.

What can I use my Future Cruise Credit for?

Your Future Cruise Credit can be used towards a new cruise booking.

What if the value of my Future Cruise Credit is more than the new cruise I am booking?

This depends on the cruise line, but most will allow you to transfer your unspent credit onto another cruise.

Please note: if you have booked an exclusive ROL Cruise package the terms differ. The offer applies only to the cruise element of bookings where ROL Cruise is the tour operator of the holiday.
