Parts of Australia are experiencing unprecedented bushfire activity and we want to help.
Australian Red Cross have responded to 30 emergencies (some of which have been going for up to 6 weeks) and supported over 18,600 people since July 2019.
1,590 volunteers and staff have kindly dedicated their time to helping others. They’re supporting thousands of people in evacuation centres and recovery hubs across Australia.
The Red Cross Register.Find.Reunite service has registered over 30,000 people and taken more than 5,000 enquiries, helping to reunite people that have been separated during this terrible time.
Donations to help Red Cross give people the support they need in disasters, whenever and wherever they happen. They have decades of experience in caring for people affect by earthquakes, cyclones, floods, storms, fire, drought and other emergencies. This includes:
- Recovery programs and emergency assistance in communities affected by disasters like bushfires, heat, floods, cyclones and other emergencies
- Helping people and communities prepare for disasters and protect what matters most
- Training, equipment, logistics and coordination of our volunteers
Which is why for every cruise booking made we will donate £10 to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery.
