Is my holiday safe with ROL Cruise?

We look after your holiday as if it were our own and can happily reassure you that your holiday is fully protected. Our ABTA membership protects all package or tailormade holidays booked through ROL Cruise and our ATOL license protects all package or tailor made holidays where there are flights involved. This ensures that you will not lose money or be without a flight home should the tour operator go out of business.

When is my final balance due?

Your final balance due date is shown on your ROL Cruise booking confirmation paperwork. We will need to collect your final payment in advance of your actual travel date to allow us time to process and forward this to our cruise line partners and other holiday suppliers as agreed at the time of booking. These timescales allow us to receive and process your payment in accordance with our agreement with your cruise line and other suppliers.
