Professional and efficient service

I have dealt with Karen before and she is very professional and efficient. We had a cruise cancelled because of the pandemic and it included hotels and flights so wasn't straightforward. But we managed to book another cruise for next year and have celebrity credit still left and at some stage will get a refund of the flights and hotel. Just wish the cruise wasn't so far away. Thanks you Karen

As Darrell seemed to be in high demand on his own 'phone he spent quite a long time with me answering every question with straight answers and ending up with a firm booking. My wife and I were very impressed with how much time he was prepared to spend with us on "the little things" that actually make all the difference. I was booked on a cruise to St Petersburg in September, and as I have a health problem I did not want to spend the next few months worrying whether it would operate, and if it did, did I really want to be on it, so soon after Covid 19, they suggested that I could choose another cruise next year_so now I'm booked on the same cruise in September 2021! Perfect!!!

P&O cancelled their cruise, and ROL found me another In 12 months, without me having to wade through brochures or the internet. As we are all in lockdown I think that’s some achievement, to still be able to look after your customers in this way

I had no difficulty in making contact despite the high volume of calls ROL are dealing with from COVID impacted clients. Simple and clearly explained options and process in uncertain times taking away and concern I may have had when the stays of my holiday was I clear. Upon Later confirmation that holiday is now cancelled for 2020, re-booked for same time next year.
