Great service as before.

First class service. Went through deck plans and advised all areas likely to be noisy at different times of the day. E.g. cabins below pool areas when sunloungers being put out and recovered.

ROL had inaccurate information on their newspaper advertisement and consequently missold us a cruise. (The ad stated the cruise was All Inclusive: we checked it out with the cruise operator who assured us it was most certainly NOT all inclusive). We then had to wait because ROL wouldn't confirm that they were giving us all our money back (we had had to pay in full due to the time scale). We found their attitude unhelpful and customer service poor: whilst we have now had our money returned, we never had an apology from them for the fact that they had got it wrong in the first place, and would advise anyone thinking of booking a cruise with ROL to look very carefully to see that they have got their facts right before parting with any money.

They are happy, knowledgeable and enthusiastic all of which makes you really excited about your booking! This is the third or fourth time that I have used ROL and I recommend them to everybody.
