The Port of Tyne is located on the Tyne River and is the perfect starting point for those looking for a cruise from northern England or Scotland. Setting off on your cruise holiday will be hassle-free with excellent rail and road connections, as well as local accommodation.

For those travelling by car enter NE29 6EE into your Sat Nav and this will take you directly to the cruise terminal.

On arrival, make your way to the car park, which will be open from 7am - 8pm. Once your car has been securely parked, take a short walk to the cruise terminal, where you can sit back, relax and let your cruise holiday begin. There will be a daily fee for parking at the cruise terminal, please check with the cruise line prior to departure to ensure you receive the best rate. You can settle the balance of your parking fee on your return via one of the nearby pay stations.

Port of Tyne offers guests a fully equipped cruise terminal with excellent facilities, accommodating up to 2,000 passengers. Facilities include an on-site shop, café and licensed bar, providing food and drink. If you forget your euros, you will also find an on-site ATM machine, which dispenses in pound sterling or euros.

The Royal Quays shopping outlet is just a few minute's walk away and offers a selection of shops and cafes, catering for any last minute essentials.
