Does Uniworld have a flexible cancellation policy?

Yes, Uniworld does have a flexible cancellation policy. Uniworld are currently allowing guests to change or suspend their cruise up to 60 days prior to departure on their European and exotic sailings departing in 2021.

Guests can rebook to any future cruise through to 2022.

Alternatively, guests can choose to receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to the number of funds received by Uniworld at the time of cancellation. The Future Cruise Credit can be used towards any 2021 or 2022 Uniworld sailing.

Please note Airfares booked through Uniworld are subject to airline cancellation fees. Further Cruise Line Terms & conditions apply. Standard cancellation rules apply for 2022 departures. 


Do I need a COVID-19 vaccine to travel aboard a Uniworld ship?

If travelling with Uniworld, you will need to provide proof of one of the following:
1. Vaccination certificate showcasing you’re fully vaccinated with the final dose administered at least 14 days prior to travel
2. A verified and negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of embarkation
3. A verified and negative rapid antigen test taken within 72 hours of embarkation
 


Is there a dress code on board?

The dress code on board is smart casual. Uniworld River Cruises recommend wearing comfortable clothing and packing for a range of weather conditions.


Do Uniworld cater for special diets?

Uniworld River Cruises cater for most dietary needs (e.g. low fat, low calorie, gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian) as long they are alerted in advance. Please call us prior to sailing so we can inform Uniworld River Cruises.


Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Can I book shore excursions once on board?

Can I smoke on board?
