We recognise that the evolving situation in the Middle East may be causing concern, and we want to reassure you that ROL Cruise is closely monitoring developments and supporting all customers affected by the latest updates.

Our immediate priority is assisting those currently travelling or due to depart in the coming days. If your booking is impacted, our team will contact you directly in departure date order as soon as we have confirmed information from the relevant cruise lines and airlines, along with the options available to you.

Due to the current circumstances, we are experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails than usual, which may result in longer response times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we focus on helping customers requiring urgent assistance.

If you are currently travelling or returning home

Please check the status of your flights directly with your airline. If your return flight has been cancelled and you are already at the airport, airline staff will be able to assist with rebooking you onto the next available service. If you have not yet travelled to the airport, please contact your airline for guidance. For urgent support, you may also email our Customer Services team at customerservices@rolcruise.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Departures within the next 72 hours – UAE, Qatar and Bahrain (including indirect flights transiting through these destinations)

The FCDO currently advises against all but essential travel to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain. If you are due to travel within the next 72 hours, please do not proceed to the airport. We are reviewing all affected bookings and will contact you to discuss your options. There is no need to contact us at this stage.

Departures beyond 72 hours – UAE, Qatar and Bahrain (including indirect flights transiting through these destinations)

Your holiday remains under review following the updated FCDO guidance. If you are travelling at a later date, please await further updates. We will be in touch as soon as the situation becomes clearer.

All other Middle East destinations

At present, the FCDO has not issued advice against travel to other destinations in the region. If your flights and cruise arrangements are operating as scheduled, your holiday is expected to proceed as planned. Please continue to monitor your airline and cruise line for the latest updates.
