Introducing Ambassador Cruise Line, the first British cruise line to have launched since 2010. The cruise line's purpose is to inspire and delight every guest with an authentic cruise experience. The first ship in the Ambassador Cruise Line is Ambience. She reflects the social, warm and relaxing atmosphere you can expect while retaining traditional maritime values.

Built in 1991 in Fincantieri, Trieste, Italy, Ambience was originally launched as Regal Princess. She is designed to carry around 1,400 guests, creating an inviting and social atmosphere. There are 798 cabins, a selection of five restaurants, nine lounges, a swimming pool, spa, a plethora of entertainment, fitness and leisure facilities complemented by enticing enrichment and lifestyle programmes.

Within the guest areas, Ambience is being refurbished and upgraded with a strong paperless ethos, reducing wastage. Technology has also been used as an alternative to printing menus, shore plans and activity schedules. The huge investment in this area means that Ambience will be an innovator in its class and fully Tier III complaint. Ambience will make her first sailing for Ambassador Cruise Line in April 2022. Departing from London Tilbury on Wednesday 6th April 2022, her maiden voyage will sail excited guests to Hamburg.
