The 1,400-passenger Ambience joined the Ambassador Cruise Line fleet in 2022 as the flagship. She started life as Regal Princess before becoming Pacific Dawn and then Amy Johnson. She is most loved for her fantastic food and entertainment.

Ambience’s accommodations have been designed with your comfort needs in mind. A restful haven that you can look forward to returning to after an exciting ashore, you can escape and rejuvenate in your home-from-home.

You can choose from four categories; Interior, Outside, Balcony and Suite. Ambience’s Inside staterooms offer en-suite facilities with a shower, flat-screen television, hairdryer, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a personal safe. Outside staterooms boast all the same amenities while benefitting from a picture window. Balcony staterooms offer en-suite facilities with a shower, a wardrobe and ample storage space as well as the same amenities in Inside and Outside staterooms. Suite guests can enjoy a living area with a comfortable sofa, as well as en-suite facilities with a bath and a shower and large hanging and storage space.

Solo sailor? Ambience features a number of solo cabins. You can choose from a Superior Inside Single, a Standard Ocean View Single, a Superior Ocean View Single, a Premium Ocean View Single and even a Super Plus Balcony Single.

Dining

Dining on Ambience is tailored to you. Served up alongside exceptional service, each meal boasts authentic flavours. On Deck 12, you’ll find Sea & Grass, Borough Market, Alfresco Grill and Saffron. Sea & Grass offers a premium grill with a fantastic choice of prime dry-aged cuts. Borough Market is Ambience’s buffet restaurant, where flavours from around the world come together, allowing you to craft your own dining experience. Watch the world go by at Alfresco Grill as you dine in between dips in the pool. Lastly, enjoy exceptional Indian fusion cuisine at Saffron.

Buckingham Restaurant, on Deck 7, is Ambience’s main dining room. Here, you’ll find sophisticated options that cater to all. Chef’s Table boasts the ultimate onboard culinary experience. A VIP multi-course dining experience, the menu at Chef’s Table is specially created and hosted by Ambience’s Executive Chef. It’s a very special experience indeed.

Entertainment

Ambience’s entertainment and enrichment programme hosts lots of opportunities to learn, laugh, listen and surprise yourself. From calligraphy to cocktail making, there’s something for everyone on an Ambience cruise.

The Palladium, the ship’s sensational tiered theatre on Decks 7 and 8, will whisk you away to lands near and far with its world-class storytelling. Here, you can learn from guest speakers, laugh along with comedians and listen to celebrity speakers. You may even surprise yourself with a new skill - take part in classes with arts and crafts specialists or dancers. Elsewhere on board, you can try your luck at the Ambassador Casino on Deck 6, catch a movie on the Big Screen on Deck 14 or play cards at Aces & Eights also on Deck 6.

For fitness enthusiasts, you’ll find a gym, an active studio, a jogger’s and walker’s track and a swimming pool on board.
