Princess Cruises has named celebrity husband-and-wife John Torode and Lisa Faulkner as its new Culinary Champions.
The popular duo is known for their ITV show John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen, regular roles on This Morning and Lorraine, as well as many other popular programmes featuring their culinary journeys. They previously wowed audiences during the Good Food Show at Sea, hosted onboard Sky Princess.

John Torode is an acclaimed chef and television presenter and is best known for his expertise in international flavours. Lisa Faulkner, a best-selling cookery author, actor and presenter begins her unique approach to home-style cooking with a touch of elegance. Together, they promise to bring Princess Cruises’ food offerings to life through captivating stories from their personal and authentic experiences onboard the line’s newest ship, Sun Princess.
They join current Culinary Champions chef Marcus Bean and mixologist Andy Clarke, who recently sailed on Princess Cruises’ newest ship, Sun Princess in the Mediterranean, where they revealed highlights from food and beverage-focused shore excursions such as wine tasting in Tuscany and olive oil tasting at a family-owned olive farm in Marseille.

Talented chef, author and TV presenter, Marcus Bean, who also participated in the Good Food Show at Sea, is known for his passion for fresh, quality ingredients. He is a familiar face on British television, appearing numerous times on ITV’s This Morning. Marcus specialises in using local and seasonal produce and believes strongly in his philosophy that food doesn’t have to be complicated to taste good.
Andy Clarke
A prominent food and drink personality, mixologist and TV producer behind popular shows like Saturday Kitchen Live and Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh, Andy joins Princess Cruises as one of its Culinary Champions as its wine and cocktail expert. Encouraging everyone to “sip happy,” and as a champion of quality food and drink, Andy’s extensive knowledge and engaging presentation style will bring to life the Princess Cruises food and beverage experiences.
