Reader Offers Ltd, the UK’s No. 1 independent cruise retailer, has today unveiled a new ‘ROL Cruise’ brand identity.  Included in the refresh programme is a new corporate logo, a new strapline of ‘Experience the Difference’, along with the launch of an advanced website that provides customers with a richer online experience and improved access to its wide array of world-class cruise holidays.

The brand refresh launches in the company’s 21st year in business, which saw booking volumes increase by almost 10% over the previous year, a 25% increase in staff numbers at its headquarters in Colchester, in addition to the introduction of three partnerships with river cruise lines, offering a broader range of choice for customers.  The company has also seen a continued growth in sales, with 2016 figures set to surpass the company record set in 2015.

Having retained the same look and feel since the company’s inception in 1995, the company logo has been revitalised alongside a modern, fresh looking website, designed around the needs of customers.  The website offers the perfect complement to ROL Cruise’s proactive offline marketing activities; this includes supporting and enhancing the range of cruise promotions available through its extensive newspaper advertising and direct marketing strategy, which ROL Cruise will continue to pursue.
