Experience the adventure of a lifetime as you travel along the legendary Route 66, one of America’s most iconic highways. Known as the “Main Street of America” for more than 30 years, this historic route stretches from Chicago to Los Angeles, crossing eight states and offering a fascinating glimpse into the nation’s past. Following much of the original route, this journey combines nostalgic small-town charm, vibrant cities, and unforgettable attractions, allowing you to experience a time when the journey itself was just as important as the destination.
Along the way, you'll discover the rich history and culture of Route 66 through visits to renowned landmarks and museums. Highlights include Pontiac’s Route 66 Hall of Fame & Museum, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield, and the impressive Gateway Arch in St. Louis, where panoramic views of the city and the Mississippi River await. In Oklahoma and New Mexico, explore dedicated Route 66 museums filled with vintage automobiles, memorabilia, and stories that capture the spirit of road travel in its golden age.
As the route winds westward, you'll experience some of the American Southwest’s most memorable locations. Spend a night in Williams, Arizona, a beautifully preserved historic town famous for its classic 1940s-era "Motel Row." A detour takes you to the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, while a stop in Las Vegas offers the chance to enjoy the excitement of the world-famous Strip. Optional excursions, including a visit to the spectacular Hoover Dam or a rafting adventure through the Black Canyon on the Colorado River, provide even more opportunities for exploration.
The adventure concludes in California, where you can visit the California Route 66 Museum in Victorville before completing your journey at Santa Monica’s famous “End of the Trail” sign. Arriving in Los Angeles, you'll tour some of the city's most celebrated sights, including Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, and Beverly Hills. With comfortable transportation and expert planning throughout, this Route 66 experience allows you to sit back, relax, and fully enjoy one of the most famous road trips in the world.
