Excrellent!. Highly recommended

Informative, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We have used ROL before and each holiday has lived up to our expectations. I cannot praise Gerald enough. So polite, efficient and helpful. He is a credit to the company.

Give an exceptional service, professional and always a good deal

25 Sep 2018

They always give us a great price and give excellent customer service. We have booked many cruises with ROL and the service they give is professional and customer friendly.

Planning ahead. We wanted a trip which would dispel the cold winter blues.

25 Sep 2018

The young lady who came on the phone was brilliant. Not only helpful but gave us information which helped us to make our decisions. She was polite but not pushy. And, more to the point, she was patient even when we um'd and ah'd over the finer details.

xetremely helpful

25 Sep 2018

they were patient and helpful as we wanted a flight from the North of England rather than London. This necessitated some contact with the cruise company but the agent was more than willing.

Booking onloy at this stage

25 Sep 2018

Good overall. Shame the cabin we booked (& confirmed) wasn't available - and we have gone further forward on the ship. We'll see..........................

Helpful staff

25 Sep 2018

I spoke to two staff and found them very helpful offering good advice on cabins, and we were also offered a complimentary upgrade which meant we ended up with a better cabin than the one I was pricing up.

A very pleasant experience.

25 Sep 2018

The cruise was very well organised and service on board was very good.the entertainment was of a particlarly good quality.

A good service !

25 Sep 2018

The lady was very good at answering all my questions. Engaging and very friendly.

Very friendly and efficient

25 Sep 2018

We spoke to Emily she was very friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with her and ROL.

Pre book Online

25 Sep 2018

The pre-booking service seems to be very oriented to phone booking which I dislike as I am generally travelling and use mobile phone. It also means much time is wasted while waiting on the phone. I would like it to be easier to book directly online. Post booking, the online back up service is excellent.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, due to the availability continually changing on the Ships and all the different booking processes that are required for each individual cruise line, it makes it very difficult to operate an online booking system. I'm glad to hear though that the post-booking process online is excellent. Hope you have an excellent cruise

    Roca Leon Dormido, Ecuador

    22 Jun 2019

Today you will circumnavigate Kicker Rock, one of the most iconic features of the Galápagos Islands. The small landform is formed by two tall towers of lava rock and when viewed from the south, resembles a sleeping lion. This phenomenon is reflected in the Spanish name “Leon Dormido” or literally, Sleeping Lion. As the ship steers around the islands, your Expedition Team will point out seabirds, such as Swallowtailed Gulls, Nazca Boobies and frigatebirds

  • Day 2

    Bartolome, Ecuador

    23 Jun 2019

Anchor in sight of the volcanic moonscape of Isla Bartolomé, at Sullivan Bay. Ascend a boardwalk of 388 steps, passing through the arid volcanic landscape provides a chance to watch for lava lizards, Galápagos Hawks, and Blue-footed boobies. • Day 2

    Playa Espumilla, Santiago, Ecuador

    23 Jun 2019

Playa Espumilla is located on the northwestern side of Santiago Island and is home to a variety of wildlife including nesting green sea turtles, and plentiful birds such as flamingos, White-cheeked Pintails, Yellow Warblers, Galápagos Hawks, Whimbrels, and American Oystercatchers. You can embark on a kayak or Zodiac tour and spy some of the beautiful geologic features of the area, red cliffs, natural caves and unique rock formations

  • Day 3

    Punta Espinoza, Fernandina, Ecuador

    24 Jun 2019

With the gentle slopes of La Cumbre volcano in the distance, the low, lava-forged coast of Punta Espinoza on Fernandina Island is a spectacular sight. Hundreds of marine iguanas rest on the black rock of recent lava flows absorbing heat from the stone and defending their territories against one another. Galápagos sea lions and their pups also take shelter here, resting on the beach and playing in the shallow tide pools sprinkled along the coast

  • Caleta Tagus, Isabela, Ecuador

    Day 4

    Caleta Tagus, Isabela, Ecuador

    25 Jun 2019

The protected waters of Tagus cove are home to sea turtles, marine iguanas, flightless cormorants and Galápagos penguins. Here you can choose to kayak, snorkel or head ashore to discover centuries-old names of vessels that were painted or carved onto the rock near the landing site. After landing by Zodiac, join a hike through the forest of Palo Santo trees to access the upper reaches of a volcanic cone

  • Bahia Elizabeth, Isabela, Ecuador

    Day 4

    Bahia Elizabeth, Isabela, Ecuador

    25 Jun 2019

  • Day 5

    Post Office, Floreana, Ecuador

    26 Jun 2019

A sea lion rookery has developed on Floreana’s northern shore. Amid lava rocks that are dotted with prickly pear cacti and sesuvium, a small colony thrives. As you travel along the coast, you may find many other creatures that look for shelter amid the red and white mangroves: Eagle rays, Marine turtles, Brown pelicans and resting Cattle egrets. Kayaking through the turquoise waters here is a true pleasure, inviting a sense of peaceful solitude and an invigorating feeling of connection to nature

The mammoth scale of the landmarks often elicits exclamations of wonder from visitors at first sight.
