Great thanks. Very easy from start to finish . Thanks to John Hull .

Website improvements would be welcomed

21 May 2019

The ROL staff I spoke to were helpful and explained the options well. My only reservation was that it was not easy to access the information about the cruise I was interested in on your website. I didn't find a quick way of locating the cruise, finding what accommodation was available on each ship and the sailing dates of the ships with the suitable accommodation.

Easy and unhurried.

Everything was discussed and explained in full. All went smoothly.

Easy

I always get good service with ROL On the last cruise I had a query when I returned which was dealt with in a very professional manor. While ever I get good service I will continue to use you until either I run out of money or you run out of rivers

Great Service As Always

Darryl was really helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. He did not put us under any pressure to make a booking but gave us full information, following which we did make a further booking and were delighted with the service received.

Once called the "Paris of the Baltics," Riga has regained its status as a cosmopolitan capital with dozens of museums and arguably Europe's most exceptional Art Nouveau architecture. Founded in 1201, Riga boasts a magnificent Old Town called "Vecriga." Riga Castle, the residence of Latvia's president, was built on the site of the original settlement next to the Daugava River. St. Mary's Dome Cathedral is renowned for its stained glass windows and massive 19th century organ comprised of more than 6,500 pipes. Outside the city limits, traditional Latvian life is on display in outdoor exhibits at the Open Air Ethnographic Museum.

The Ship

Marina blends sophistication with a contemporary flair to create a casually elegant ambiance. From the sparkling Lalique Grand Staircase to the stunning Owner's Suites furnished in Ralph Lauren Home, designer touches are everywhere, highlighting the finest residential design and furnishings. More than anything, Marina personifies the Oceania Cruises experience. Intimate and luxurious, Marina retains the same warmth and charm of her acclaimed consorts Regatta, Insignia, Nautica and Sirena. While the country club casual ambiance and level of personalized service remain the same, Marina offers even more choice and some enticing new amenities. Designed for epicureans and travel connoisseurs, Marina offers guests multiple dining venues, of which six are open-seating gourmet restaurants with no surcharge. La Reserve by Wine Spectator offers enlightening seminars, tastings, and gourmet food pairings. The Culinary Center is the only hands-on cooking school at sea, featuring a range of enriching cooking classes by master chefs. Similarly, talented artists-in-residence offer step-by-step instruction in arts and crafts in Artist Loft enrichment center. Baristas, our signature coffee bar, serves up illy® espresso and coffee and freshly made pastries. Intimate lounges abound. Accommodations in every category are incredibly spacious, especially with regard to the lavish bathrooms. Yet remarkably, with so many additions, the onboard ambiance and experience remains comfortably familiar. We have retained everything our guests adore about our ships and raised the bar even higher. We look forward to welcoming you aboard.
