Arrive in Molde midday. Protected from the harsh surrounding elements, Molde is beautifully situated in a spectacular fjord landscape. Today, you will embark on a majestic Atlantic Road Excursion. Later this early evening arrive in Kristiansund.
In the afternoon arrive in Brønnøysund, Norway. Today, enjoy a local hike with a guide, there may even be an option to come close to iconic Mount Torghatten, the famous formation with a distinctive hole right through it. Tonight, cross the Arctic Circle. This invisible line is situated at 66 degrees 33 minutes north and marks the border to the Arctic Region. In summer, this means 24-hour daylight - often referred to as the ‘midnight sun’. During winter, being above this latitude provides the best chances for experiencing the Northern Lights
Lofoten (Reine), Norway (depart midday)
A true gem of Lofoten, this is the iconic image of a Norwegian fishing village. Reine´s beauty has inspired artists since the 1880´s. Red and white traditional fisherman’s cottages - known as Rorbuer - perch on stilts over the water’s edge with a background of granite spires jutting skywards. Take your time here to truly soak in the deep serenity of this place.
Lofoten (Svolvær), Norway
In the heart of Lofoten, the picturesque town of Svolvær is a fishing village where age-old seagoing traditions are still being practiced. It is a great place to go for a stroll in the harbour area to look at the fishing boats, or maybe take on a hike in the nearby mountains
Tromsø is often described as the Paris of the North, and boasts friendly locals, wonderful shopping and great restaurants. The Arctic Cathedral is a highlight, as well as the Arctic Aquarium, the world’s northernmost Botanical Garden. Plus, enjoy a ride on the Fjellheisen Cable Car
Honningsvåg is the gateway to the spectacular North Cape. Take the opportunity to day to enjoy an excursion to the North Cape plateau puts you at 71°10’21´N, only 2,000 km away from the Geographic North Pole

Enjoy Ålesund, an Art Nouveau town which seems to have been taken right out of a fairy tale. Visit the Art Nouveau Centre or take a walk up the 418 steps to Aksla Mountain – well worth it for the panoramic views. Also, enjoy an included visit a world famous Aquarium, which is one of the largest salt water aquariums in northern Europe

Hurtigruten recently announced that three of its ships will be transformed into hybrid-powered vessels. MS Trollfjord will be renamed to MS Maud and undergo hybrid installation, transforming into a premium expedition cruise ship during early 2021. Using natural Scandinavian materials such as granite, oak, birch and wool, all public areas will be redesigned to create a relaxed and stylish look and feel.
