Yes, Emerald Waterways does have a flexible cancellation policy. Guests can defer their travel plans and transfer to an alternative Emerald departure date or itinerary up to 60 days prior to departure. This policy is applicable across Emerald's 2022 European river cruises, 2022 & 2023 Southeast Asia river cruises, and their 2022 & 2023 Emerald Yacht cruises. A refund will be given in the form of a future cruise credit and will be valid for 24 months. Flexible booking and cancellation policy excludes Russia.

Yes, you will need to have both of your COVID-19 vaccinations with the last administered date at least 14 days prior to departure. Please be advised that there is no longer a requirement to have a COVID-19 test prior to embarkation on European River cruises.
Bathrobes and slippers are provided in all staterooms and suites as well as a mini fridge, air conditioning, toiletries, a hairdryer, a safe, double bed (or twin beds on request) with luscious linens, a phone and a wardrobe with coat hangers.
A complimentary mini-bar is provided in the Owner’s Suite, Owner’s One-Bedroom Suites and Riverview Suites, these are restocked daily with wine, beer and soft drinks.
