Dining
With so many dining options on Celebrity Edge, you’ll have the opportunity to dine somewhere new each night. Dining is exceptionally flexible, you can choose traditional set dining or Celebrity Select. With Celebrity Select, you can eat at any of the four main dining rooms for dinner whenever you’d like, by either making reservations in advance or turning up on the night.
There are four complimentary main dining rooms aboard; Normandie and Tuscan (both on Deck 3) and Cosmopolitan and Cyprus (both on Deck 4). Normandie is Celebrity Edge’s French fine dining venue featuring delicious dishes like countryside chicken pâté, potato and Gruyère tart and baked brie. Tuscan is inspired by the cuisine of Southern Italy and Cosmopolitan is the only main restaurant to offer breakfast, lunch and dinner when at sea. This glamorous option features a variety of Pan-American options. Cyprus is a homage to Celebrity Cruises Greek heritage and is Celebrity Edge’s Mediterranean-themed main restaurant serving dinner only. With a variety of seafood on offer, expect to see Greek-style grilled sea bass and sea bass ceviche.
Eden Restaurant on Deck 4, offers five courses of experiential dishes. You can select from two dishes for each course. Though the food is delicious, Eden Restaurant is more than just cuisine; Edenists, a troupe of eight performing artists, entertain diners by dancing, juggling and playing the sitar. Raw on 5 (on Deck 5) is Celebrity Edge’s seafood restaurant, offering hot and cold options including oysters, crab and lobster, shrimp salad, sushi and sashimi. Rooftop Garden Grill on Deck 15 offers lots of grilled favourites while Café al Bacio on Deck 4 has an extensive menu of speciality coffees and teas as well as complimentary sweet treats.
Entertainment
When it comes to extraordinary venues, Celebrity have the edge. The highlight of the outward-facing is the Magic Carpet. The size of a tennis court, reaching heights of 13 storeys above sea level, the Magic Carpet is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform. Majestically situated on the starboard side of Celebrity Edge, it is designed with comfortable seating, a full bar and space for live music performances. The spectacular space opens to several decks and transforms into a new and exciting venue depending on its position - it truly is a destination in itself.
The Resort Deck (Deck 15), which features the main pool area, the Rooftop Garden, the jogging track and the adults-only Solarium, offers endless ways to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the sea. The Rooftop Garden is full of unexpected pleasures day and night. Inspired by childhood playgrounds, this urban playscape is the setting for A Taste of Film and live music.
The Pool Deck (Deck 14), with its oversized art installations, unique treetop sculptures, two-storey hot tubs and private cabanas, is a spectacular asymmetrical space with a distinct resort-style atmosphere. It’s a serene space to relax, sip your favourite cocktail and take in your stunning surroundings.
Destinations
Celebrity Edge has two departure ports; Fort Lauderdale in Florida and Rome in Italy. She sails her guests to the Caribbean and Europe.
