Be transported to a world of rich sophistication, lavish surroundings and elegant décor. From the sweeping staircase of the Grand Lobby, to the exquisite restaurants, ballrooms and loungerooms, the Queen Elizabeth exudes her own unique magnificence.
Christened by Her Majesty the Queen, Queen Elizabeth evokes classic Hollywood glamour, with glistening chandeliers, marble floors and stunning furnishings. Her light décor is chic with touches of Art Deco throughout the ship. Queen Elizabeth is the second largest ship operated by Cunard, exceeded only by Queen Mary II. A firm favourite among her passengers, Queen Elizabeth provides plenty of opportunities for entertainment and socialising, as well as the chance to relax and unwind. Recently refurbished in 2018, her outdoor space sees new furniture and a fresh new layout on the aft Sun Deck, along with updates to the threare, bars, lounges and select stateroom/suites.
Whether you are looking for an Inside, Single, Balcony, or Oceanview room, your needs are catered for within our range of staterooms. Alternatively, you can indulge in a Grand, Master, Queens, Princess or Penthouse suite, all of which include a large, relaxing living area.
Each room is provided with a flat screen television, for use at your leisure, along with ample storage and closet space and charmingly tiled bathrooms. Selected rooms also boast the luxury of whirlpool bathtubs, concierge service, personalised stationary and a ‘Bon Voyage’ bottle of wine to send you on your way with comfort and ease. Additionally, the impeccable White Star service on each of our liners is available throughout your journey.
If you're looking at one of the Grill Suites or Britannia Staterooms, these have all recently been refurbished with new carpets and soft furnishings.
During the day, the magnificent Queens Room is the setting for traditional afternoon tea, with white-glove service and live orchestra accompaniment. The Verandah Grill is regarded as one of the finest restaurants at sea, with its romantic ambience and authentic French cuisine. Reserving a table at the Britannia Restaurant will always provide a memorable dining experience, as you make your way down the impressive curved staircase to be tempted by exquisite menu options; from lobster thermidor to beef wellington.
