Polar Outside

Cabin Grade: L2

These are comfortable outside cabins, situated on lower decks. They have separate beds, where one of the beds can be turned into a sofa. These are cabins with portholes, some with limited or no view. They are 11 - 26 m2 with a bathroom.

Deck 3

Polar Inside

Cabin Grade: I2

These comfortable, standard inside cabins for up to two people on the lower deck have separate single beds, one of which converts into a sofa, plus one a chair, desk and bathroom. They measure between 8 - 11 m2 and have no window.

Polar Outside

Cabin Grade: L2

These are comfortable outside cabins, situated on lower decks. They have separate beds, where one of the beds can be turned into a sofa. These are cabins with portholes, some with limited or no view. They are 11 - 26 m2 with a bathroom.

Polar Outside

Cabin Grade: N2

These Polar Outside cabins for up to two people on the middle decks have separated single beds, one chair and a desk, a hairdryer, and bathroom. They are 8 - 12 m2 with a window.

Deck 4

MS Nordkapp is named after one of the highlights of the Hurtigruten voyage, the northermost point of mainland Europe, the North Cape (71º N). It has attracted explorers since it was named by Richard Chancellor who was passing the cape in 1553 while searching for a Northeast passage. The ship was built in 1996, and on board you are surrounded by artworks from the renowned Norwegian artist, Karl Erik Harr. MS Nordkapp is part of the ship class built in the 1990s and has been upgraded with junior suites and Jacuzzis. The godmother of MS Nordkapp is Norway’s Queen Sonja.

These comfortable, refurbished cabins for up to three people on the upper decks have single beds, bunk beds, a TV, and a bathroom. They are 9 m2 with a window.

Arctic Superior

Cabin Grade: P2D

These comfortable, refurbished outside cabins for up to two people on the upper deck have a double bed, TV, one chair and a small desk, coffee/tea facilities, and a bathroom. They measure 11 m2 with a window.

Expedition Suite

Cabin Grade: M4

These elegant, refurbished suites are situated on the upper deck. They feature a separate bedroom, double bed, sofa in the sitting area that can be made into a double bed, free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, bathrobes, blanket, and coffee and tea facilities and a bathroom. They are 28 - 30 m2 with a window.

Polar Inside

These comfortable, refurbished standard inside cabins for three people on the upper deck (decks 5 and 6) have separate single beds, one of which converts into a sofa, bunk beds. They also have a TV and bathroom. They measure at 9 m2 and do not have a window.
