View Cruise DealMS Santa Cruz II keeps things simple with just two cabin options to choose from: Explorer Cabins and Darwin Suites.
Explorer Cabins aboard MS Santa Cruz II offer a stylish and comfortable retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure in the Galápagos. Each cabin features a large window that fills the space with natural light and gives you a front-row seat to the ever-changing scenery outside. Inside, you’ll find an inviting bed, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a secure safe, and convenient USA two-pin plug sockets.
For those looking to add a little extra indulgence to their Galápagos adventure, the Darwin Suites are a great choice. Bright and spacious, each suite features two large windows that frame the breathtaking views outside, allowing you to stay connected to the remarkable landscape throughout your journey. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed that can be configured as twins on request, along with a sofa bed suitable for a child under 12. For those needing additional space, some suites can be interconnected with an adjacent Explorer Cabin. Thoughtful touches include a private bathroom with a shower and eco-friendly toiletries, an electronic safe, USA two-pin plug sockets, and a daily turn-down service. To make your stay even more memorable, you’ll also receive a welcome gift: a beautifully illustrated Galápagos wildlife book.
MS Santa Cruz II has a range of inviting spaces that balance exploration and relaxation.
On Deck 0, the Expedition Launch Pad is where each day’s adventure begins. It’s a practical and well-organised space for gearing up ahead of shore landings. Deck 1 houses the small but well-stocked shop, ideal for picking up souvenirs or any last-minute essentials.
Head up to Deck 2, and you’ll find the ship’s educational and social heart: the Discovery Room, Library, and Science Corner, all tucked within the welcoming Expedition Lounge & Bar. Here, you can explore fascinating exhibits, examine specimens under the microscope or browse the shelves, perhaps with a drink in hand. Highlights include a glass display cabinet and a replica whale vertebrae.
And for moments of quiet reflection or wildlife spotting, the ship’s Observation Decks, found on Decks 2, 3 and 4, offer fantastic views of the Galápagos landscape as it drifts by.
MS Santa Cruz II has one restaurant and two bars.
On Deck 0, the Beagle Restaurant sets the tone for your culinary journey, with a team of skilled chefs using locally sourced, organic ingredients to craft every dish. Overseen by a Gastronomie Director trained at Le Cordon Bleu, the menu caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
Up on Deck 2, the Expedition Lounge & Bar offers a front-facing view of the ship, with a refreshment station and an inviting library - the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and admire the Galápagos Islands as they come into view.
One deck above, on Deck 3, the spacious and light-filled Panorama Lounge & Bar is the ship’s main gathering place. Here, guests come together for everything from welcome and farewell cocktails to lectures and informal events. With comfortable seating, a Wi-Fi hotspot and direct access to the al fresco terrace, it’s the ideal spot to relax.
MS Santa Cruz II makes it easy to balance exploration with relaxation and wellness.
On Deck 2, you’ll find two inviting hot tubs, each with space for five guests. The hot tubs are perfect for easing tired muscles after a day of discovery or simply soaking in the views.
For those keen to stay active during their voyage, the Fitness Room on Deck 4 is compact but well-equipped, featuring yoga mats, free weights, two treadmills, stationary bikes and an elliptical trainer.
