To give you a little inspiration, we’ve put together a day aboard Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Beyond for every type of traveller, with some of the best places to eat, drink, relax and have fun along the way.

Deck 17

For an extra-special couples’ escape, The Retreat® is a fantastic way to elevate your experience at sea. Each stylish suite at The Retreat comes with a dedicated butler and offers a host of incredible benefits, including exclusive access to the Retreat Lounge and the resort-style Retreat Sundeck. The Sundeck is complete with its own pool, hot tub and comfortable places to lounge, so finding a comfortable corner to spend time together is easy. You’ll also have exclusive access to Luminae, the incredible restaurant that offers menus not available anywhere else on board, along with signature dishes designed by the Global Culinary Ambassador, Daniel Boulud. 

Make some time during the day to experience one of Celebrity Beyond’s most distinctive spaces, the Magic Carpet®. Cantilevered over the side of the ship, this unique venue moves between decks throughout the sailing, taking on a new purpose depending on its position. When it reaches the upper decks, it becomes a relaxed, open-air space where you can settle into a comfortable seat and enjoy incredible views across the ocean. It’s the perfect place to spend some quality time together before getting ready for the evening ahead. 

Deck 15

Later, make your way to the Sunset Bar, one of Celebrity Beyond’s most inviting spots for drinks with a view. Set across multiple levels at the aft of the ship, it has a relaxed beach club feel, with comfortable seating and uninterrupted views across the wake. Settle in with a cocktail, enjoy the atmosphere and watch the sun slowly disappear over the horizon. As day turns to evening, it’s an especially lovely spot for couples to relax and enjoy some time together.

When it’s time for dinner, make a reservation at Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, an intimate speciality restaurant that’s perfect for a romantic evening together. The restaurant features soft lighting, elegant interiors, and private banquette seating, creating a cosy setting for two. Settle in for a leisurely meal, choose a bottle of wine to share, and bond over dishes inspired by flavours from around the world.

Younger guests can enjoy adventures of their own at Camp at Sea, Celebrity Cruises’ dedicated kids programme. Activities vary throughout the sailing, giving children plenty of opportunities to get creative, play games, learn something new and make friends along the way. With activities tailored to different age groups, there’s plenty to keep younger cruisers entertained throughout the day. It also gives parents the chance to take a little time for themselves and enjoy the ship at their own pace.

Deck 14

For many families, nothing beats a sunny day spent by the pool. The outward-facing pool deck has been designed to make the ocean feel part of the experience, with plenty of space to swim, relax and enjoy the sunshine. Find a comfortable spot to settle in for the afternoon, cool off together in the pool and enjoy those uninterrupted sea views. With food and drinks close at hand, there’s no need to venture far when everyone starts feeling peckish, either.

Turn dinner into part of the entertainment with a visit to Le Petit Chef®, a fun dining experience that younger cruisers are sure to remember. Using clever 3D table animation, a tiny chef appears on your plate and takes you through the story behind each course before the real dish arrives. It’s a playful way to make dinner feel like an occasion, combining food and storytelling in an experience the whole family can enjoy together. 

Deck 3 and Deck 4

Finish the day with some family entertainment at The Theatre. Celebrity Beyond hosts a variety of productions during its sailings, with impressive staging, music, dance and acrobatics bringing the performances to life. Settle into your seats and enjoy the spectacle together. It’s a brilliant way to round off a memorable day.

Start your foodie tour of Celebrity Beyond with a leisurely morning visit to Café al Bacio. Inspired by the atmosphere of a European café, this is the perfect place to settle in with a handcrafted coffee or speciality tea and something sweet. Choose from the tempting selection of pastries and other treats, find a comfortable seat and enjoy a slower start to the morning before setting off to discover more of the ship… and its delicious dining venues! 

Deck 5

When lunchtime arrives, head to Eden Café for something fresh and relaxed. Set within the impressive three-storey Eden venue, the café serves a selection of light bites, making it a great choice when you want a delicious lunch without committing to a long sit-down meal. Pick something that catches your eye, find a comfortable spot and enjoy your lunch with views out across the ocean before spending the afternoon exploring more of the ship. 

Deck 5

Make a reservation at Fine Cut Steakhouse and turn dinner into one of the highlights of the day. This elegant speciality restaurant puts premium cuts of meat at the centre of the menu, alongside fresh seafood and indulgent sides. An open kitchen brings extra energy into the dining room, while the extensive wine selection gives you plenty of options for dining the perfect pairing. Take your time over a few courses and leave plenty of room for dessert. 

You’ll find there are so many exceptional venues serving delicious cuisine aboard Celebrity Edge. Head to Raw on 5 for fresh seafood and Japanese-inspired favourites, including sushi and sashimi, or visit Cyprus Restaurant, one of the ship’s four complimentary main dining restaurants, for dishes inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean and Celebrity Cruises’ Greek heritage. You could also discover contemporary French cuisine at Normandie or Italian-inspired dishes at Tuscan Restaurant. With such a varied collection of dining venues on board, you can experience flavours from around the world without ever leaving the ship.

Deck 14

If an ideal day involves switching off completely, make The Spa your first port of call. This tranquil space has been designed with relaxation in mind, offering an extensive menu of treatments to help you unwind. Book yourself in for a massage or facial, then leave plenty of time afterwards to enjoy the slower pace of life on board.

For even more time to unwind, head to the SEA Thermal Suite. This peaceful adults-only space features a collection of different thermal experiences designed to encourage you to slow down and relax. Move between the various spaces at your own pace, taking time to enjoy the warmth, tranquillity and sweeping ocean views along the way.

Relaxation doesn’t have to mean doing nothing. If exercise is your favourite way to reset, spend some time at the Fitness Centre, where you can fit a workout into your day while looking out across the ocean. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training or a class, it’s an energising way to start the morning before rewarding yourself with a more leisurely afternoon.

Browse the shops on board Celebrity Beyond at your own pace, whether you’re looking for a souvenir from your sailing, a new fragrance, jewellery or simply fancy treating yourself.
