Main Dining
Buckingham Restaurant

Buckingham Restaurant is the main dining option on board both Ambience and Ambition. With open seating for breakfast and lunch and two sittings for dinner, it’s a great option throughout the day. In the mornings, you can expect to see omelettes, pastries and a full English on the menu. At lunch, classic British dishes like fish and chips, cottage pie and apple crumble might take your fancy. And at dinner, the five-course menu offers delicious flavours from around the world.
Holyrood Restaurant

Holyrood Restaurant is the second main dining option on Ambition. It offers the same traditional experience as Buckingham Restaurant, with a menu that mirrors. However, there are two slight differences. The restaurant is exclusive to suite passengers, though other guests may be accommodated if there’s room. And, Holyrood Restaurant is only open for dinner across two sittings, unlike Buckingham Restaurant, which is open for breakfast and lunch.

Alfresco Grill

Perfectly positioned on the Lido Deck (Deck 12 on Ambience and Deck 11 on Ambition), the Alfresco Grill is an ideal option for those wanting to indulge in a snack in between relaxing on a sun lounger and dipping in and out of the pool. Open from 12:00 to 14:30 and 15:00 to 18:00 every day, it’s the perfect place for a light bite. The menu here changes daily; one day, you might be enjoying burgers or tacos, and the next, pizza and potato wedges.
Borough Market

Found on Deck 12 of Ambience and Deck 11 of Ambition, Borough Market is the main buffet restaurant. It’s available all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, opening early in the morning and closing late at night. Guests love the themed food stations for their huge variety. You can try British classics at the Salt & Vinegar station, Asian cuisine at the Points East station and vegan food at the Graze n Grains station. What’s more, each afternoon, a delicious afternoon tea is served with sandwiches, scones and cakes.

Lupino’s

Unique to Ambition, Lupino’s is a Mediterranean-style restaurant that offers a relaxed, al fresco atmosphere and serves a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, such as chicken souvlaki and mushroom risotto. There is a very special meaning behind the name, and indeed the ethos, of Lupino’s. The restaurant was established in memory of Michelle Lupino, a cherished Ambassador Cruise Line team member who very sadly passed away in 2022. The dining experience recognises her Italian heritage and celebrates her vibrant personality.

Found on both Ambience and Ambition, the menu at Saffron has been meticulously handcrafted by the ship’s Executive Chefs. It allows guests to discover and enjoy the tastes, sights and flavours of South Asia. The journey begins with a herb-infused cleansing drink, followed by a starter, a main and a dessert, which is usually served alongside chai tea. Throughout your meal, the Saffron team will talk you through each dish, how it was prepared and how best to enjoy it. It’s a truly authentic experience.
Sea & Grass

Found only on Ambience, Sea & Grass offers a tasting journey across seven impressive courses. This premium fine dining option is for surf and turf lovers who wish to feast on dishes such as smoked duck breast pastrami with dates and orange and grilled seabass with garlic shrimp.
