Norwegian Spirit will emerge from drydock in February 2020 following a $100 million refurbishment.
Norwegian Cruise Line have announced the refurbishment of Norwegian Spirit. This will be the lines most extensive ship renovation her; every stateroom will be modernised, every dining experience elevated and every bar and lounge redesigned.
Norwegian Spirit will emerge from dry dock on 11th February 2020 following a $100 million ‘revitalisation.’ She will feature 14 new venues, additional staterooms and an expanded Mandara Spa. Drawing inspiration from the brands most recent and highly successful newbuilds, Norwegian Encore and Norwegian Bliss, the updated elements on board will take the guest experience to a whole new level.
Andy Stuart, President and CEO of NCL, said, “As we continue to introduce new innovative ships to our fleet, with Norwegian Encore making her debut, we are committed to ensuring that the experiences our guests have come to enjoy are available on even our most storied ships.
“We are excited to reinvigorate Norwegian Spirit so that she continues to provide lasting memories for guests as they sail to some of the most exotic destinations around the world.”
Norwegian Spirit will return to service in Asia in March 2020, offering 9 day Japan cruises and as well as 12+ day immersive Japan and China cruises.
