Re-assured following poor experiences

22 Oct 2018

The operator answered the phone promptly. Answered my questions regarding the ship, Q. Victoria, to my satisfaction which enabled me to make my booking immediately. The questions being asked were essential to completion owing to a recent bad experience with P&O - sold the Adonia and had to cancel our cruise which was for our Golden Wedding (through ROL) and a poor cruise experience with P&O (through ROL) on the Aurora a couple of years previously.

Always use ROL!

I found ROL a good backup for Fred for this very beaurcratic cruise. Phone conversations always polite and friendly, followed through with paperwork where necessary.
