ok so far!

23 Jul 2018

They explained everything clearly. If the future service is as good I would book with them again.

Very good top marks. For a good deal

23 Jul 2018

Very good service from John.got us a good deal

good service all round

23 Jul 2018

very precise and efficient on the phone sorted out my arrangements in a straight forward manner. The only criticism i can make is that their 'non refundable' deposit seemed twice as high as that required by Cunard on their direct booking web site hence the lose of a star.

Well done!

22 Jul 2018

Friendly and helpful young lady who was able to answer all my questions and dealt with my application most efficiently.

Always a pleasure phoning ROL

As always, Very good

agreement on charges for singletons.

22 Jul 2018

your rep was informative and agreed with my thoughts that most cruise lines over charge for solos.i told him I did not really want to spend more than £1500 on a cruise. he gave me a choice of cabins and price. I said I will only go on cruises if the quality and price was rigfht.

Better than all the rest.

22 Jul 2018

The agent was excellent . She took us through all the possibilities and the costs. We also had help with visa's and locations. We felt that the service was first class and better than we were expecting. Well done ROL

Help personified

22 Jul 2018

Could not have been more helpfull. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice and actions were outstanding.

Finally straight forward

22 Jul 2018

John was helpful, knew his subject and was able to make suggestions without being 'pushy'. All my questions were answered well But the initial telephone system of clicking on numbers was maddening, after three separate tries when clicking achieved nothing I finally got through.

So far so good exelent!!!

    Day 4

    San Juan

    15 Mar 2019

Puerto Rico's first inhabitants were the Taino Indians, who encountered Columbus in 1493. The Spanish quickly settled, defending their territory against the Dutch and British. This is evident by the imposing fortresses of Old San Juan, namely the El Morro Castle, dominating the old section of this capital city. In 1897, Spain declared Puerto Rico an autonomous state. Spain later ceded Puerto Rico to the U.S. and residents were granted American citizenship in 1917.

    16 Mar 2019

Road Town meaning ‘Turtle Dove’ is the capital of Tortola and is the largest of this stunning archipelago of over 50 beach-fringed islands and cays, with names evoking a buccaneering past where these waters were once a favourite haunt of pirates.

    Charleston

    18 Mar 2019

Founded in 1670 by a group of English aristocrats as an intended moneymaking venture, ‘Charles Towne’ swiftly boomed, exporting products from the region’s rice and cotton plantations. The Civil War started on Charleston’s very doorstep at Fort Sumter, strategically situated on an island in the harbor. Combining history and plenty of Southern charm, Charleston is a compelling place to visit. Tour the historic district by horse-drawn carriage and discover stately homes adorned with wooden shutters, ironwork balconies, leafy patios and hidden gardens. Watch Gullah weavers create sweet grass baskets and immerse yourself in this friendly city’s ante-bellum ambiance.

  • Philipsburg, St Maarten

    Day 8

    Philipsburg, St Maarten

    19 Mar 2019

St. Maarten is the smallest piece of land shared by two sovereign states. Legend has it that the Dutch and French boundaries of the island were determined by two men who challenged one another in a race around the island, with the Frenchman walking faster and claiming more land. Legend or not, both the Dutch and French settled here in the 1630s and despite occupancy by the British twice, the Dutch and French have lived peacefully together ever since they arrived.
