ROL Cruise customer experience rating 4.8/5

Energetic, but just not sure of some of the details when asked.

19 Nov 2018

Generally very good - had to be prompted about a few things, hence the 4 stars rather than 5

Excellent service.

Oriana May 2019 - something to look forward to!

18 Nov 2018

I initially made the enquiry prompted by a Daily Mail advert for a cruise in May 2020. However, after speaking to Gerald and thinking about it, my husband and I decided to book a cruise for next year ie 2019!! Upon contacting Gerald's phone again, it was his day off, but a colleague, Stacey, rang me back and we discussed options for May next year. We have now booked for the Oriana 19 days. Both agents were really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and confident with their knowledge. Well done!

Spot On.
