Helpful understanding perfect

I would certainly recommend ROL to friends We’ve never been on a cruise before so we valued the extra help. However , we had a problem with the dates we’d booked but the lady was very helpful and sorted it out perfectly

As usual the staff at ROL listen, react and deal with any query that you have. They are fast and efficient, pleasant in manner, and they care about the customer. Every different person dealt with over many years has been the same. As a Company ROL obviously train their staff well, are particular about the people that they employ, and look after their Staff in such a manner that they, the Staff, are more than happy in going the extra mile to ensure that ROL remain at the top of the game. Particular mention, on this occasion, must go to melody for her assistance. What a star!

I will hopefully continue to book with ROL & advise others to do the same

I have always found the people I have spoken to helpful & efficient Immediate response to my booking is always useful I have occasionally tried contacting cruise lines - not helpful / friendly or successful

Worth using

17 Jan 2019

They were able to get me a better deal than going to the cruise line direct

Roll on next January

My booking was made so easy thanks to Katie.

Friendly, knowledgeable advice about the ship and very efficient booking

17 Jan 2019

Didn’t have to wait long to speak to an agent who was friendly, gave set helpful advice and made the whole booking process easy and efficient. Met ROL Reid first last tour on a South Africa cruise who were genuinely friendly and explained the benefits. First time we’ve used you to book will do again. Thanks to Katie who dealt with me.

calm flowing waters

Member of staff introduced herself and told me I can get back to her for any queries. She answered the questions I had and told me rest of the info she had to pass on. For me this is a holiday of a lifetime but she steered me through all the important stuff calmly.

The Ship

This ship is a revolutionary marvel of naval engineering. Enjoy one-of-a-kind features like an ice skating rink, the Royal Promenade and a rock-climbing wall, just for starters. How did we accommodate all of these innovative ideas? Simple. We built a bigger cruise ship. The 138,000-ton, 3,114-guest Voyager of the Seas became the world's largest cruise ship when it entered service in November 1999. Innovations on this and other Voyager Class ships add more space for every guest and include enhanced staterooms, expanded dining options and exceptional recreational facilities.
