I sent an email to ROL at about 3pm on Easter Monday. I missed their call back but they kept their promise and called again at 7.30 pm, answered my queries and I was able to book my first cruise. Excellent service, thank you.

We have holidayed with R.O.L on a number of occasions and like this time our booking was simple,with a very polite and courteous operative named Gerald who answered all of our questions and concerns.
