We rang to ask some questions about a cruise we were interested in. The agent was very helpful and knowledgable, he answered all aour questions and gave us a lot more information. As a result we booked the cruise.

Great start to th holiday.

First Class Experience.

24 Sep 2018

Gerald was fantastic. He knew everything there was to know about our cruise. He answered all our questions and even raised some points and made some suggestions we hadn't thought of. (even though we are experienced cruisers) It was completely effortless. All emailed confirmations arrived within minutes and without a single mistake.

Not enough information

24 Sep 2018

He could have included the onboard spends infrmation on the email we asked about return coach fare and when I chescked it’s twice the price he quoted if we were hbooking now also it doesn’t state cabin no on the information we have received

A very satisfactory experience indeed

23 Sep 2018

Gerald was very helpful indeed, explained things well and thorough. He discussed with us the issue of the length of daylight on any one day, we had not thought of this. His comments helped us to decide upon which date we chose to travel in order to get the maximum benefit. We were connected to an Agent after only a very short time which is unusual these days. The different types of cabins etc were fully explained. The door was left open for us to call back if we had any queries. Overall a very satisfactory discussion, and so we booked.

last minute booking handled very well thanks

    Taormina

    25 Sep 2020

Nature and history have made Sicily a land of striking contrasts. The largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily was for centuries the center of the known world. Its unique geographic position made the island vulnerable to attacks by foreigners, while also making it a meeting place of Mediterranean civilizations, a bridge between the East and West. The picturesque little town of Taormina enjoys a beauty comprised of light, color and sea. Taormina has no middle tones, no grays and no muted shades. Lying on a short terrace of the coast and dripping off the shoulders of the enormous Mount Etna, Taormina embodies the essence of Sicily.

    27 Sep 2020

Civitavecchia was founded by Emperor Trajan in the 2nd century. Today this port is noted for its fine seafood and attractive monuments. Located 90 minutes away is the Eternal City of Rome. Steeped in 2,500 years of history, Rome was for many centuries the center of Western civilization. It was both the focal point of the Roman Empire and of Christendom. Landmarks such as the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Vatican, Sistine Chapel and Spanish Steps are reminders of the legacy of its rich past.

The Ship

Emerging from its longest-ever makeover, Crystal Symphony will feature more innovative dining options with expanded specialty venues and open-seating, more state-of-the-art technologies including free, unlimited Wi-Fi, and spacious new suites and penthouses. Replacing existing staterooms, the newly added accommodations will reduce guest capacity to further increase the ships’ already generous service and space ratios to be among the loftiest in luxury travel. Crystal Symphony’s Seabreeze Deck 9 will welcome two new suite categories — Seabreeze Penthouse Suites (SP) and Seabreeze Penthouses (SH) — each offering the same square footage as the ship’s current penthouse categories, but with cutting-edge enhancements that herald of things to come: large, luxury showers with body jets instead of bathtubs, and a unique entryway connecting two Seabreeze Penthouses to create a seamless, accommodation for families and friends. From its award-winning fare of Michelin-level envy to hosting Nobu Matsuhisa’s only sea-going restaurants, the Evolution of Crystal Luxury promises more dining experiences to tempt the most discriminating palates, with the added luxury of menu enhancements at Prego, family-style, Chinese-inspired al fresco dining at Silk, and open seating, too. From free unlimited Wi-Fi to a dedicated guest Internet portal and an industry-first showing of premiere and Oscar-nominated movies, Crystal is evolving the personal travel experience to even greater realms with a number of exciting high-tech features.
