Value for Money

23 Mar 2019

Pre booked a P&O Cruise for 2021. Contacted other Travel Companies, however, it was clear that ROL had done their research and had systems in place to ensure that when they applied for my booking to P&O I had the best chance of securing the exact cabin I required. They also had the prices which some Companies were not prepared to commit to at that stage. The cost of the cruise was not the cheapest price, but all considered so far I have got that extra Customer Service, and think that will follow through to being on board the ship with ROL. Its looking like that small extra cost is going to pay off. Efficient admin also, which is refreshing, and money off my next holiday

Understood what I wanted and arranged it

23 Mar 2019

Even though busy on a pre registration day, time was taken to understand what I needed and meet my timescale to arrange my cruise.
