Yes, you will need to be fully vaccinated, including your third booster dose administered at least 14 days prior to travel. You will be required to provide proof of vaccination at the port. Ambassador's preferred way to do this is to download and login to the NHS app, then download a digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate as proof that you have received your full dose. Please note this is only valid for 30 days once downloaded. A printed certificate is also accepted, which must be requested by the NHS in letter format which can take up to 7 days to be processed.
Children sailing on multigenerational cruises aged 12-17 years must have also received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination. If they have not received two doses with the last administered date within at least 14 days prior to sailing they will be denied boarding.
For children aged up to 11 years, they must provide proof of a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to boarding.
The dress code on an Ambassador cruise will be casual during the day and in the evening the daily programme will suggest (as a guide) a suitable attire. On cruises of 6 nights or more, there will generally be two ‘Ambassador formal’ nights. On these evenings, gentlemen may wear a dinner jacket, although a lounge suit is acceptable.
Yes, there is a selection of Ambassador Drinks Packages available for purchase that will also include service charges and gratuities. On cruises of 5 – 29 nights, you can pre-book your drinks package for £29.95pp per night or you can book on board for £34.95pp per night.
