All Royal Caribbean guests aged 12 and over must present proof of COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. Guests under the age of 12 don’t need to be vaccinated but will receive a COVID-19 test before boarding.   To be considered as up to date on your vaccinations by all European countries, your vaccination must meet both of the following requirements:
1.    You received your most recent vaccine dose no more than 9 months (270 days ago). This could have been the final dose in your original vaccine series (or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson), or a booster dose.
2.    Your most recent vaccine dose is on the below list of EMA-approved vaccines:

• Pfizer
• Moderna
• Johnson & Johnson
• AstraZeneca
• Nuvaxovid

From 5th September 2022, unvaccinated guests will be welcomed on all European & UK departures. While vaccination is not required, it is still recommended by Royal Caribbean for all guests to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. 

Every stateroom is equipped with a telephone, television, shower, bath, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer.

All Royal Caribbean ships have North American 110 volts AC and European 220/230 volts AC plug volts. It is advisable to take an adapter plug with you.

The Royal Caribbean International App enables you to:

• Check-in online prior to embarkation, making embarkation smoother and quicker
• Book dining in speciality restaurants
• See daily activities happening on-board the ship
• Book shore excursions
• Book seats to the on-board show

 It is available on-board through the guest Wi-Fi at no extra charge. It is advisable to download in advance via the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android phones). It is not currently available on Wonder of the Seas.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outside smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the ship or from balconies.

Your on-board expense account is known as the SeaPass, this cashless system enables you to pay for all on-board purchases and services. You can review your SeaPass account via the Royal Caribbean App or on your stateroom television.

All on board prices are in US Dollars $.

The dress code on board varies depending on the venue, while casual is fine for most venues. Some venues will require smart casual attire. Swimwear is restricted to the Pool Deck. Bare feet are not permitted in any venue.

Casual attire – Jeans, polo shirts, sundresses and blouses.

Smart Casual – Collared shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, pantsuits, jackets, sports coats and blazers.

Formal attire – Black-tie, tuxedos, suits and ties, cocktail dresses or evening gowns.

The number of formal nights on your cruise will depend on the duration:

3–5 night cruises will have approximately 1 formal night.

6–10 night cruises will have approximately 2 formal nights.

11–14 night cruises will have approximately 3 formal nights.

15+ night cruises will have approximately 3-4 formal nights.

Please note these are a guide only and may change depending on sailing or ship.

Drink packages are available on most cruises 2+ nights and more – except for 2–3-day sailings travelling from Southampton, England.

Deluxe Beverage Package includes unlimited drinks all day long; Cocktails, Mocktails, Spirits, Liquor, Beer, Wine by the glass, soft drinks (Fountain Soda), premium coffee, water, tea and juice.

Refreshment Package includes Mocktails, soft drinks (Fountain Soda), premium coffee, water, tea and juice.

Classic Soda Package includes soft drinks (Fountain Soda) refills at any venue.

Water Package includes 6, 12 or 24 packs of water delivered to your stateroom.

Each ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet has approximately 14 dining venues which are included in your cruise fare. These range from fine dining experiences, pool side bar food, casual fast food to buffet style restaurants.

Speciality dining can be booked via the Royal Caribbean International App.

Dining packages can also be purchased.

Traditional Dining - You can choose between early or late dining.

My Time Dining – You can eat anytime during restaurant hours. It is advisable that you book your preferred dining time in advance via the Cruise Planner to avoid disappointment.

Book your shore excursions prior to the cruise via the Cruise Planner or via the Royal Caribbean App.

Select shore excursions have been specifically designed for guests with restricted mobility – to book these you will need to complete an Accessible Shore Excursion Form.

All ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet have staterooms specifically designed to accommodate guests with mobility and other accessible needs. Royal Caribbean require a form to be completed in order to book an accessible cabin.

Wi-Fi is available to purchase via the Royal Caribbean App or Royal Caribbean Cruise Planner.

There is no luggage allowance on-board, however you must be able to keep all suitcases safely in your cabin and put them through the x-ray machine. If you have a flight, you will need to check with the flight operator if they have luggage restrictions.

Upon completion of a Royal Caribbean cruise, you will automatically become part of the Crown & Anchor Society. You will earn a point for each night you have sailed, for Suite guests this is doubled.

The more points you have accrued, the more benefits you receive, these range from use of a private lounge, priority waitlist for shore excursions, to special invite only events, price reductions on future cruises and more.

Yes, guests can pre-pay their gratuities up to 48 hours prior to sailing.

If you do not wish to pre-pay your gratuities, these will be added to your on-board account, payable at the end of your cruise.
