This is a picture-perfect destination with resplendent white sand, crystal clear blue waters and a gorgeous shallow lagoon close by. Make sure to indulge in the mouthwatering seafood at its snack bar.

The capital city of Tahiti, and indeed the whole of French Polynesia, Papeete is a must-visit. Take in the sights and smells of the market stalls at Le Marché, or check out the black pearls at the Robert Wan Pearl Museum.
